1-hour session

We allocate a one-hour time slot for each of our sessions.  The time for the actual lesson is approximately 50 minutes.  The first 5 minutes is used for the student to unpack the guitar and get warmed up.  The last 5 minutes is used for packing up.

Parking / Drop Off / Pick Up

As students arrive and depart our driveway can get crowded.

·         Proceed with caution.

·         Do not back out of driveway (unless you are very experienced and extremely comfortable doing so.)

·         Ask for help.  If you are ever uncertain about moving your vehicle, please ask for help.  If we are directing you and you feel uncomfortable, please say so.

·         We will be happy to move your vehicle for you!

·         Always drive slowly while in our neighborhood!

Payment Place

·         By mail:  **** ***** ***** ***, Atlanta, GA 30328

·         or in person:  Please put payment in the wooden box on the table in the studio.

·         or Online Banking:  Most banks provide this service.  The bank only needs our name and address.  Please set this up so that payment arrives before the 15th of the month.

Reschedule Policy

We understand that the need to reschedule a session will occasionally happen.  We are one of the few (if not only) guitar studios that offer a flexible rescheduling policy.  We do this strictly for the benefit of our students.

If a rescheduling need arises we ask that you give as much notice as possible.  The advance notice you provide helps us accommodate other students just like yourself who may have scheduling conflicts.  A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed in order for us to rebook your missed lesson.

It is your responsibility to proactively reschedule.  You must contact us to reschedule within 3 days of your originally scheduled lesson or your lesson is considered forfeited.  We allow one reschedule per semester.

In the event that you do not or cannot give 48 hours notice the session is considered forfeited.  We will however offer you another opportunity.  You may have 7 calendar days make up the missed appointment.  While we cannot give you another confirmed booking you may call on any or all of those 7 days and inquire about openings for that day.  If a spot has become available, we will be more than happy to give it to you as a make-up.
